Rays writing style as insightful and down-to-earth. He makes learning so very easy, like a leadership class in my own living room. I am fascinated by how Ray can take simple, ordinary, everyday happenings and turn them into lessons-to-be-learned. I can see the event Ray is describing as if I were there. The author has a knack for describing the situation in words that are very real. I find myself reading faster and faster so that I can see how it is going to turn out and what the lesson will be at the end. After finishing a story, I go back and make sure I have not missed anything. I always review the leadership tip at the end and try to apply it to something in my life. This book provided exactly what I needed. --Mary Ann Williams, Marietta, OH
