Brief Autobiography of E. E. Nichols, my father -- E.E. Nichols was born in 1900 in Aspen, Nova Scotia, and died in 1971 in Sacramento, California. He is buried in Aspen, Nova Scotia in the family cemetery. Mr. Nichols spent most of his adult life in the USA and was the Managing Editor of The Sacramento Union Newspaper for over 30 years. The fictional stories in this book, "Nova Scotia Memories - Folklore of the St. Mary's" beautifully describe what life was like in the early 1900s backwoods country of Eastern Canada.
