Andrea Balint
Andrea Balint was born and studied in Budapest, Hungary. She is a finance professional who spent over eight years working, teaching and traveling in Europe, America, Africa and Asia.
In 2004 a sickness changed the focus of her life. She turned from a career focus to spirituality to find balance and harmony and to realize her childhood dreams that were about making the world a better place via creativity and teaching. She participated in volunteer teaching in India; she has become a practitioner and teacher of Reiki, Seichem and Angel energy healing as well as opened a webshop that sells her crafts and an author. Andrea first wrote children's stories, and inspired by Lench Archuleta, a Native American shaman and wise man, she started to write and illustrate poems during her first visit to Arizona, USA, in May, 2010. Her book, Stories of a Tumbleweed contains the stories of her life-changing journey in the desert, and stories of life and love told in the form poems.
