This is a scarce first printing of his book of photographs capturing the poverty of São Paulo. Documentary style street photographer Vladimir Milivojevich, known by his artist name Boogie, was born in Serbia and won a lottery for citizenship in the United States in 1997. Pulling from his experience photographing the fringe society of war-torn Belgrade in the early 1990s, Boogie made his name as a street photographer in New York at the turn of the century. He is known for blending photojournalistic documentarianism with his keen artist's eye for the gritty and surreal. Seller Inventory # 63450
