As the owner of an association multi-management group, I am inundated daily with calls, mail, email, etc. Rarely do I even open most of this material before it goes in the trash. But this book got through and I am impressed. I browsed through the book and really like the focus and content. I have been doing this for over 20 years and I saw at least three things that I ought to be doing. Our xxxx Convention will be in June, 2013.
