As a child, L.S. began studying the martial arts, eventually earning the rankof master. Other items in her eclectic background are working in an electronicsstore, as a journalist, a school bus driver, in a radio station, and as agymnastics coach. She also homeschooled all four of her children.
When on the planet, this mother and grandmother enjoys gardening, soap making,reading, and online gaming. She also likes All Things Myst, Middle-earth,Looney Tunes, the color purple, and is a Zorro aficionado, which might explainher love of swords and cloaks.
