Finding My Life Through Poems, Proverbs and Dreams second edition is an expression of a complicated, personal journey through my poetry and dreams. It seems that the time-space continuum is blurred in my dreams where the intersection of worlds collide. I believe I have a profound gift that has enabled me to travel forward and backward in time while I dream. Due to the many events I've dreamed about before they've happened, such as natural disasters and other human tragedies, I've concluded, without being able to explain how, that I m able to dream about the future. The dreams about real places otherwise unknown to me as well those of the deceased, lead me to think I can dream about the past. Good and evil have played out in my dreams along with those involving biblical symbolism. I liken this matter to a miracle and that this gift comes from God. I've always had a lot of faith, although I don't consider myself an overly religious person.Ten events have happened since this book was published in February 2007 that are in dreams in this book. Although there s not an exact road map to the event in my dreams, there is a striking correlation between the dream and the event. However, I've had a handful of dreams that have had dates and times in them. For example, on July 3, 2006 I dreamed, my deceased Mother told me, among other things, there was going to be bad weather on January 16th, her birthday. On January 16, 2007 there was an ice storm that crippled much of the united states that day. This was one of my more miraculous dreams. My poems are chronologically interwoven with my dreams from late 2003 until early 2007 and reveal what I once thought was just personal journey. The poetry covers a wide range of topics from personal to social. This book was published and out there for many months before I realized that these dreams could be more than a gift from God and actually messages from God. To me, the essence of this book is about revelations from God. The conclusions I've drawn from my dreams I believe have implications for all of us, not just me. Have we lost sight of our connection to the earth, all that's living and to each other? Is that why I dreamed about Mother Nature? I've dreamed about certain bugs and birds before they've come into my life. There's comfort in dreams of the deceased as I believe they are actually visits and illustrate the possibility of eternal life. I had no way of knowing what certain places looked like or what a person would be wearing hundreds, if not thousands, of years ago, yet, I described them accurately in my dreams. Some of the conclusions I've drawn from my dreams are as follows: eternal life is possible (so we might want to pay attention to what the stewards of God have to say), based on 2 dreams in the book and one since the book was published, birds are angels, if you leave this world without a body you won't have one in the next, there is a Mother Nature, the meek will inherit the Kingdom of God, God is with us at each and every moment and the truth is not established or destroyed based on how many or how few believe it to be true or untrue. I believe the dragonfly I took care of for 11 days was the manifestation of an angel. It died June 6, 2006. Due to the large and frequent spider webs that have showed up around my dwelling, I wonder if the forces of good and evil were at play, not only in my dreams, but in my life on earth. I feel more certain now about these things because of the many dreams I've had since the book was published that are not in this book.
