Review

What a difference one man makes! I attended the Jamaica Customer Service Association's 2007 conference all the way from T and T and thoroughly enjoyed your energy and approach. Just read your book last night ... all in one go. A real achievement for me as I tend to fall asleep last thing at night. It'll now do the round robin with my team members and we'll be in the know. Very factual but pretty funny also ... I can see some of the situations that you explain almost unfolding in front of me. Appreciate your zest for changing the face of customer service and being who you are in the process. That's probably the secret and we don't even realize it. --Sharon Marquez-Dass
