"Move a muscle, change a thought," goes the old saying. Sometimes, the smallest things we do can have the greatest impact on our lives. Anthony K. Alfred, a motivational expert, is a firm believer that positive change is possible in our lives, even if it means taking one baby step at a time. Finding what drives us to succeed is oftentimes a mystery, but the answer may be simpler and closer than most ever realize. Alfred shows readers how to improve their day to day lives with simple, easy-to-apply steps such as: Clean out your attic the clutter in your home reflects the clutter in your life Change your diet: you can't live a healthy life without eating healthy Learn how to listen to others to: promote unity in your family, community and career Mr. Alfred's goals can be boiled down to four essentials: 1) Develop a better, stronger self-image; 2) view life's obstacles and problems in a more positive light; 3) work toward goals and dreams; and 4) re-connect with your inner self.

Anthony Alfred like so many of us faced many obstacles on his path in life. Dealing with being abused, depression and loneliness. He turned to writing as form of self-expression when he felt no one wanted to hear his verbal words. Isolating himself from the world his pen became his closest friend through which he expressed his emotions that were trapped within in the form of poetry. As his pen laid words on paper, the paper became a reflection of his painful reality and the pain he saw in the world. Over time and with hard work on his own personal development, Anthony evolved, growing out of depression and leaving his suicidal thoughts and actions in his past. As he evolved, fortunately for all us so has his writing, from Woe Is Me, to A Lost Soul and now to Nothing but Words on Paper, his books have grown as he has in his personal life. Fans of his works can clearly see not only his personal growth but spiritual growth as well in each new work. Anthony is a writer, poet and author who has now dedicated his writing to helping others. He is a believer that we all have a purpose in life and deep down inside he knows this is part of his purpose to touch the lives of his readers with loving and compassionate words.Review:
