The stories in this book were compiled by Stacey Battat. Stacey has worked with people of all ages all of her life. She always made sure to have fun on the job, either as a youth or family educator, workshop leader for social and community action, or as a broadcast journalist, where she interviewed people about the passions in their own lives for a number of cable and satellite television magazine programs both in the U.S. and abroad. Her banner of life would read not all who wander are lost, because she has always tried to find value in the detours along the journey. She hopes to help others realize the value they can find in the crossroads and setbacks of their lives. Stacey completed her Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications at the University of Florida in Gainesville, and is completing a master s degree in education and counseling. She studied at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and at Southern Connecticut State University in New Haven, Connecticut.
