The REAL POWER of IMAGINATION comes from YOUR HEART...
Albert McTweed is a real boy on the brink of a really big problem. PJ McDougal is a cowboy from Albert s imagination with no real problems at all. But all that changes one terrible afternoon when Albert s parents separate, and Albert and PJ actually meet face to face. From there, the adventure a blur of reality and imagination really and not-so-really begins. Albert s elementary school proves corrupt, a murder of gargantuan proportions takes place, and a bitter betrayal exposes his whereabouts to a gang of vicious criminals led by the elusive Al Godon. And while knowledge is crucial in the real world, it is only Albert's IMAGINATION that has the power to save his family.

Arthur T. Lee started writing creatively when he was six years old. His first book, a one-page story entitled The Rainbow Goes to Japan, was chosen by his first grade teacher to go to the local Young Author s Conference. Says he, It was clear to me then while on the swings at recess, I believe--that writing was what I wanted...yearned...had to do. With several more Middle Grade and Young Adult novels in the works, Arthur currently resides with his wife and three boys in Washington State, where, he says, I have the privilege of telling my kids a bedtime story each and every night. The author's dedication to entertaining his readers is as prevalent as his desire to inspire education. He includes definitions of certain words in the back of the books. The prose is descriptive and engages all of the senses. Short, tight sentences add to the unpredictable, interesting, and constantly active pace of the story. The two main characters, Albert and PJ, come alive through their vivid perceptions of their individual worlds. Partners Again has something for everyone and is a recommended, uplifting family read. It's a wonderful reminder of the enjoyment and power of the imagination. --Lisa Haselton, AllBooks Review
Partners Again has a unique storyline that will carry you into Albert's fantasies. They are fun at one end of the spectrum and horrifying at the other. (The plot) is artfully woven throughout the story. The twist definitely adds a new and harrowing dimension for PJ and Albert. The author is very clever at weaving Albert s fantasy into what seems like reality. Have fun reading this book! Ideal for late Middle Grade Readers and Young Adults. --Barbara L. Fielder, Armchair Interviews
