Synopsis
Inspired by a real-life rescued dog, the Mo’s Nose picture book series features lyrical tales about the titular dog who interprets his monochromatic vision through his heightened sense of smell—experiencing a world of color through his nose. The full-color illustrations expertly capture the mixed breed’s sensitive, loving nature in a playful ink brush style. The books give readers an opportunity to rediscover their own senses through color-themed scents woven into each storyline.
This larger-sized volume introduces the joy of the holidays through a Hint-of-Scent feature, allowing readers to place scented stickers on each page themselves. Seven festive scents include chewy caramels, regal pine, rich gingerbread, dark chocolate, cotton candy, green apple, and freshly baked pumpkin pie.

About the Author
Margaret Hyde is a filmmaker, a photographer, and the producer of the Oscar-nominated short film The Witness from the Balcony of Room 306. She lives in Santa Monica, California. Amanda Giacomini is an artist, a graphic designer, and a yoga teacher. She and her husband are the proud parents of Mo the dog. She lives in Point Reyes, California.
