Dr. Milondra Coleman is an inspiring and delightful educator, who has been changing lives through her dynamic teaching, coaching and writing, for several years. From child prodigy to earning one of the highest-level degrees, Dr. Coleman has become an authority in educational training and leadership development. She completed her undergraduate work at Duke University, and holds the following advanced degrees: a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law; a M. Div. from the Samuel DeWitt Proctor School of Theology at Virginia Union University; a M.A. in Christian Education; a D. Min. from United Theological Seminary in Dayton, Ohio; and a M.A.T. from Mary Baldwin College. Additionally, she has received training in clinical pastoral education at the Medical College of Virginia. Dr. Coleman is currently preparing to pursue a Master of Education in Administration and Supervision from the University of Virginia-Richmond Center, which she hopes to parlay into a Ph.D. program in Educational Leadership where her focus would be Teacher Retention in Virginia Pubic Schools. Dr. Coleman is a member of Pi Sigma Alpha, the Political Science Honor Society and was recently inducted into Kappa Delta Pi, the International Education Honor Society. Outside of the classroom, Dr. Coleman pursues her love of entrepreneurship and writing. She recently founded Equipping Them to Lead, a leadership development company, which is committed to equipping people to do exploits through consulting/coaching, teaching/workshops & seminars, worship/devotion and preaching/motivational speaking. Her company is a member of the Greater Richmond Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, Dr. Coleman is the author of two books: Equipping Them to Lead, which chronicles some of the experiences that Dr. Coleman has gained in young adult leadership and mentoring; and Love Letters, a collection of prayers and testimonies. Dr. Coleman is a Virginia resident, presently teaching in the public schools at the middle school level. She loves to travel, facilitate workshops, and engage in motivational speaking.
