The South Dakota class consisted of 4 ships build prior to, and during World War Two: South Dakota Massachusetts Alabama Indiana All four served during the war, and two still remain as memorials (Massachusetts and Alabama). South Dakota also a museum dedicated to the ship. This is a 72 page landscape format book with scores of photographs and several pages of drawings that detail out the ships.
