The 2nd American Revolution - ushering in a New American "Renaissance"
A Nine (9) Point Plan to Save America from an otherwise certain Demise.
Is this the 2nd or the 3rd American Revolution?
How "We the People" have failed our founding fathers and what "We the People" must now do to redeem ourselves and restore our nation.
This current American Revolution of the 21st century might better be described as the 3rd American Revolution. Why call this the 3rd American Revolution, and if it is so; what then exactly was the 2nd American Revolution? The 2nd American Revolution was actually fought and won during the 20th century mostly by well meaning but nevertheless very misguided elitist career politicians through their insidious tearing asunder of the principles that our courageous founders had fought for and created for us almost two and one half centuries ago. How so? You will discover in "The 2nd American Revolution" that our nation of today no longer resembles the nation that our founding fathers created for us. It seems that "We the People" have allowed the freedoms and liberties that our forefathers so bravely fought and died for to be corrupted & relinquished. It can be argued that the sum total of what we have accomplished as Americans during the past two & one half centuries is to have simply traded one set of despotic rulers in a foreign land with a different set of despotic rulers in our own homeland.

William Shuttleworth is a farmer and self employed independent insurance agent from Indiana. Shuttleworth thinks of himself as having lived the American dream. Like so many millions of other Americans, Shuttleworth believes that he has been blessed beyond measure simply by virtue of having the good fortune of being born in the United States of America. He likes to say that he"won life’s lottery" the day he was born and also likes to add that he "won life's lottery" again the day he married his wife Linda. Being raised on a farm near a small town in the American mid-west in many ways has uniquely equipped people like the Shuttleworth family with an ability to know and understand what the majority of Americans believe and appreciate about this great nation. There is no "blue blood" flowing through these folk's veins. Born to middle class parents, both William and Linda went to work as soon as the law would allow them to do so (age 13) and neither of them has been out of work since.
"I began this journey as an angry citizen and now plan to end it as a devoted American Patriot in a fight to restore the liberty & freedom that was given us by our founders." William E. Shuttleworth,
"Finally, a work that truly addresses the real issues that confront our nation! The 2nd American Revolution by William Shuttleworth is written for the "common man" in an enjoyable and easy- to-read format. This book describes how 'We the People' have strayed far away from the form of government that our founding fathers originally created for us in 1787. But Shuttleworth does not stop there. He also provides answers and precisely explains what 'We the People' must do to return to the fundamental principles of the U.S. Constitution. This is a real 'page-turner' from the beginning of the book to the rear cover! If you, like me, are an American Patriot and have become frustrated with where our nation is headed, do yourself a favor and read this book."
William J. Couch, Retired Indiana School Superintendent and U.S. Government Teacher
"Town hall meetings with passionate and concerned Americans are eerily reminiscent of the unrest in the 1700s when the founders of our country took bold steps to write a Constitution for the United States of America. The 2nd American Revolution makes the case that it is time to revert to the simple basic form of 'We the People' government that was envisioned by our founders.
An easy read with numerous quotes and references from icons of democracy, the author leads the reader through the derailment of our government and then proposes that we take our country back by proposing nine specific goals of the 2nd American Revolution. At the top of the list is a call for the removal of as many of the 535 elected incumbent members of the U.S. Congress as is possible in November of 2010. The 2nd American Revolution is a timely and important read that I can easily recommend..." David L. Daugherty, The Daugherty Companies, Inc.
