Stephanie J. Baker, RN, BSN, MBA/HCM, CEN<BR>Stephanie has over 25 years of clinical nursing and administrative experience in the areas of emergency, trauma, flight, and critical care medicine and proven results with her partners around the country.<BR>As vice president of emergency services, Stephanie leads Studer Group's ED service line and oversees more than 1,000 Studer Group ED engagements and strategic partnerships. In addition to serving as national keynote speaker for Studer Group's two-day Excellence in the Emergency Department Institute, Stephanie is also the author of the best-selling book Excellence in the Emergency Department: How to Get Results.<P>Regina Shupe, RN, MSN, CEN <BR>With more than 25 years experience in emergency, trauma, critical care clinical nursing and nursing leadership, Regina serves as an ED expert coach in the emergency department service line for Studer Group.
