About the Author:
J.Song was raised by a Buddhist father and Catholic mother. From a very early stage in his life this influence lead him to explore spirituality and search for truth. While searching for the truth, he found that the biggest comfort zone one can have is within one’s own national culture and customs. So, Song decided to leave his home country, his parents and everything else he knew as a young boy with the desire to push the limits of his comfort zone. He was aware of failing in his mission so he decided to dedicate 10 years of his life to living abroad in the midst of challenges, exposure to “different” customs, speaking a different language, living in different places with different people, and accepting a new culture. Though it was a hard mission for a boy of his age, he successfully completed his journey and returned to his home land. His journey to find the answers for life’s questions continued with innumerable meditation sessions, studying, reading texts, practicing spirituality, and traveling the world.. After beginning and continuing the mind practice at Maum meditation, he realized the 15 years of searching for truth was finally over. He has always believed life is all about a spiritual journey. He believes that touching, motivating, and helping someone truly experience and thrive in life is much more valuable than any amount of money. And with this belief, he began to further expand the dimensions of spirituality by traveling extensively to evaluate the lives of people all over the world, adopting modern psychological techniques such as: Life coaching and Nero-linguistic programming. With these tools he wishes to simply assist more people in the world more effectively and efficiently. He believes, to the utmost, when one individual changes for the better, then that very same individual can help others to change. Life should not be about surviving, but living. He has dedicated his life to showing others how to thrive and live life with a higher consciousness.
