Sassia Santinos loves her life. She's carefree, financially independent and most importantly, sexually adventurous. Loving her job as an 'executive companion', she seems not to have a care in the world. But unknown to everyone, Sassia has a secret: she's an assassin by the name of Valentine. Charlie is an attractive, ex-Navy engineer, who's about to be married. On the outside, everything seems fine, but internally she feels as if her life has no meaning. After her mother dies, purpose returns and ignoring her fiancÚ, she decides to follow in her father's footsteps. A loner by nature, Sassia eventually opens up and befriends Charlie, but after a yearlong friendship, Charlie suddenly decides she wants to become a Houston police officer. Not long after Charlie becomes a cop, someone close to her is murdered. Seeking justice, she searches for the killer and puts herself in the crosshairs. Charlie isn't the only problem on Valentine's plate. Along with the help of C.T., a professional hacker, Valentine is desperately searching for Charles 'Boogie' Jackson-a man whose betrayal nearly cost her her life. Now it's up to Valentine to not only find Boogie, but to make decision. Does she help Charlie track down the pieces to the unsolved murder; and in doing so, divulge who she is and what she does, or does she walk away like she's done so many times before?

"The differences between erotica and romance are similar to those between suspense and horror —in that the purpose of erotica is made to enhance a romantic scene, like horror does for suspense. All five senses are indulged, creating a scenario where the reader is not simply a bystander, but a willing participant. That is why I write erotica. As the author of two erotic-themed novels, I am a weaver of tales. I write because I've seen where people have taken the genre and I believe I can do better. Though I reading and writing at first, I grew up on books and I believe that there is still prestige in writing. That being said, no matter what I do, I will always aim for a higher standard. Whether the story is laced with romance, like If You Don't Tell, or action, like Valentine, I constantly try to change the definition of what people think erotica is supposed to be—straight porn. With all the positive feedback I've been getting, I know I'm getting there. Born in Cleveland, Ohio, I tried penning my first novel in sixth grade. It failed miserably, but mostly due to the entire sixth grade class desiring bigger parts in my story. My next attempt was in tenth grade, after my family moved to Memphis, TN. My English teacher loved my short story so much so that she put it in front of the principal's office for the whole school to see— with my name still attached to it. Needless to say, my writing career stalled for years after that. After attending Bethune-Cookman College in Daytona Beach, I learned a great deal about human interaction, romance and no-holds-barred freaky women. It was there that my passion for writing about my misadventures returned and it's been with me ever since. Now currently in Houston, I write as an independent author, using my past and imagination to create realistic characters in some erotic snapshots of life.
