About the Author:

Kim Cool is an award-winning writer and features editor of the Venice Gondolier Sun. She began her hunt for stories about the paranormal side of Southwest Florida in 2001. That led to the pubishing of her first book about Florida spectres, Ghost Stories of Venice. Books that followed and that remain in print at Ghost Stories of Sarasota, Ghost Stories of St. Petersburg and Clearwater, Ghost Stories of Tampa Bay, Ghost Stories of Venice Old & New and Haunted Theatres of Southwest Florida. That book as well as Ghost Stories of Fort Myers won awards in the Non-fiction for children and Non-fiction of adults categories of the Florida Publishers Association in 2011 and 2012.
