Review:

Oh My! No one has covered sports on television as thoroughly as Dusty Saunders. All the while in his several decades, he understood the machinations of TV coverage as well as the talent that covered the games. With total access to local and national events his columns were critical, not cynical. Now, the reader of "Heeere's Dusty" gets the back room stories and insights of the characters that comprise the sports/TV family. --Dick Enberg

They don t make them like Dusty anymore. He brought nobility to the greatest generation of ink-stained wretches ever to manhandle a remote control. Having landed on the beaches of the brave new world, Dusty decided early on that television was here to stay, and he made covering it his life s work and joy. No one had more fun at it. Prepare, dear reader, to smile your way page by page through a delicious read. --Bill Moyers

Dusty Saunders has captured the golden years of television with a Rock Mountain Flavor while writing colorfully of the time and people who entertianed and informed us. Dusty was a must read in the Rocky Mountain News in an era of limited TV choices. His book about that era also is a must read. --Roger Ogden, Former President of KCNC & KUSA
