From the Author:

Like Marko I researched the Input/Output system and found it being used all over the world by governments, banks, large businesses and researchers.  I started my website planetearth21stcentury.com hoping to use the system to show how our ecology is changing and how the natural disasters effect the lives of people.  After attending the Montreal 2003 IIOA meeting and espousing my theory that natural disasters affect the world economy more than any thing else.  I was surprised when the IIOA announced their 2009 meeting in Brazil would be that subject.

From the Inside Flap:

After his mother and father died by terrorist abduction Marko Fushier threatens to expose Velgrove brothers as manipulators of the world's economy if they do not use their influence to stop terrorism.
The Velgroves investigate and discover he is the lost grandson of Vernon Velgrove and heir to the New York office.  He is taken into the family and thrust into unexpected situations stirring animosity from his cousin, Charley who thought he would get the NY office.
Marko and Mei-Ling fall in love but she is abducted and taken to Lebanon. After months of searching Marko rescues her.  Although she looses a leg during the escape from Lebanon, she recovers and is teaching Chemistry.
The Velgrove brothers prepare two ways to stop terrorism and are implementing these tactics using Marko's Input/Output theorems.
