Jerry (Moe) Mosley One of the three founders of the Over the Hill Gang, Moe Mosley started his journey in skiing in 1957. He is a life-time member of the PSIA, and started sharing his love for the sport as an instructor in 1974 at Copper Mountain. He also has sixty plus years of diversified experience in management, marketing, sport, administrative function, and consulting services with two major insurance carriers and an international consulting actuarial firm within the employee benefits industry prior to retiring. He formed a Federal Compliance Advisory and Consulting Firm in January 2000, and serves on numerous profit and non-profit boards. From the first time he buckled into his boots and snapped into his Cubco bindings to slide down the driveway hill in Harbor Springs, Michigan, skiing has been his passion and the single thread through years working for IBM, start-ups, and as an independent technology consultant. His first book, Open Your Heart with Skiing , published in 2007, drew on both his insights into teaching skiing and his personal development coaching.
