James Caskey is a tour owner, licensed guide, historian, and author inSavannah, Georgia. In 2001, he founded Cobblestone Tours, a walkingghost tour based in Savannah, Georgia. The tour company has always beendevoted to telling the true history and real stories of Savannah. Thissearch for accuracy naturally led to the world of writing: Caskey'sfirst book, 'Haunted Savannah,' is a local best-seller, originallypublished in 2005. He's gone on to publish 3 more books: 'The HauntedHistory of New Orleans: Ghosts of the French Quarter' (2013),'Charleston's Ghosts: Hauntings in the Holy City' (2014), and 'St.Augustine Ghosts: Hauntings in the Ancient City' (2016).
