Beth Wingate, proposal development expert, business and proposal-related PC & iPad Tools AppMaven, speaker, author, and blogger is the 2013 CEO of the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) and an APMP Fellow. She has more than 25 years' proposal development, management, and corporate communications experience. She helps clients develop proposals, improve their proposal operations, and build their corporate communications programs. Beth specializes in managing responses to large government procurements as well as task order proposals. Prior to joining Lohfeld Consulting Group, she served as proposal center director for Lockheed Martin and for Management Systems Designers, Inc. (MSD). She is the author and instructor of proposal management classes taught for Lohfeld Consulting Group and Deltek. Beth served as APMP's 2012 COO, 2010-2011 Director of Education, and 2008 and 2009 President of APMP's National Capital Area (NCA) Chapter. She regularly presents at international and regional conferences on proposal-related topics and writes for APMP's Journal and other publications.
