"The Cost of Crude is a work of fiction--a modern-day murder mystery, set against the backdrop of a two large-scale oil companies dueling for maximum profits. It is a page-turning thriller that continuously challenges the reader's assumptions about what will happen next." --The Portsmouth Review

"The plot is well-developed, and the reader is swiftly thrown into the action from the very first page...I enjoying seeing how Ruben and his security team worked together and functioned as a team, complete with undercover agents and even a doctor who has miracle healing salves...The Cost of Crude is also filled with political intrigue... and the main storyline is especially relevant with current concerns over the environment and the effects the oil and gas industries are having on it."--Jack Magnus, Readers' Favorite Reviewer

"A slick and well-crafted petro-thriller...Goss delivers a tightly written narrative with smartly rendered back drops from the start, where action comes quick and intrigue is sure to keep the pages turning."--Book Viral
