Robert Martin Robert Martin is grandfather of four amazing children, including his co-writer, Keira. Robert is an advocate of building strong family bonds and is active in charities for children at risk. His extensive travel to more than 80 countries has shown him that the stress of everyday living is taking its toll on the health of families, particularly children. He believes that grandparents can help they can be an emotional rock, a wise friend and a playful elder. There is no greater bond than the trust and love between a grandparent and their grandchild.
Robert is a retired division president of a Fortune 100 company and has lived in West Africa, Latin America, Asia and North America. He currently lives with his wife, Pam, in Florida and Connecticut. His writing has been published in newspapers and magazines.

Keira Martin Ely Keira is Robert's granddaughter. She lives in New York City with her mom, dad, sister and Maggie, her Golden-doodle. She has been writing short stories for her parents since she was six years old. Keira plays the classical guitar, and loves sports.
Although young herself, she cares deeply about the happiness and welfare of other children. Her sensitivity and keen insight provide her with the ability to relate to a wide array of the concerns children face. This, and a creative imagination, brings to life each scene, each feeling in her writings.
