About the Author:

TRICIA J. ASHBY Principal Broker & Team Leader MOVE Utah Real Estate Trainer, Coach, & Managing Director INAEQUO Systems for Real Estate Agents Tricia is the owner and Principal Broker for Move Utah Real Estate. She is also the team leader for her own real estate team and is the driving force behind the Real T Team and MOVE Utah Real Estate. With nearly 20 years in real estate sales, she has developed the skills, knowledge and ability to help buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals. As the Team Leader of her own successful real estate business, she is responsible for oversight, training and development of team members. Tricia’s training background includes a Secondary Education Teaching Certificate from Brigham Young University (1994), agent trainer at AllPro Realty Group and co-founder of its agent mastermind group. She has taught and mentored agents at Pro Star Realty Group, and taught agent business development courses at Keller Williams South Valley Realty. Tricia currently co-owns and operates INAEQUO Systems for Real Estate Agents. This dynamic company is devoted to coaching and training real estate professionals and providing systems and tools to take their business to the next level.
