Two years ago, I would have never dreamed of writing a book about sustainable eating for maximum health and maximum global impact. I had no idea what the animal agriculture industry was doing to our planet and I had no idea how deadly it was to consume dairy and meat to both me and our planet. I wrote this book because I want my kids and grandkids to have a planet worth living in.
