Henry Oluwaji Williams lives in the Washington DC. Suburb of Maryland. Although he was born and raised in Lagos, Nigeria, He has lived virtually all his adult life in the U.S.A. Henry is an electrical engineer with decades of activities in space tracking engineering and diverse forms of terrestrial communication systems. He has been active for many years as an engineering and management consultant. Currently, he is mostly involved in diverse business endeavors and writing. As an engineer he has accomplished much in technical writing, including the “Communication System Development” FRA/NECIP, January 1979, which he coauthored. Inspired by the environment of institutionalized corruption in Nigeria, The Cayman Protocol is his first work of fiction. He holds a bachelor’s of science degree in electrical engineering from the University of the District of Columbia and a master’s of science degree in systems management from the University of Southern California. Henry is an avid reader of fast paced, thrilling novels. He is a keen sportsman who enjoys swimming, and plays tennis on a regular basis. He is a martial arts enthusiast in their various forms, and he keeps in shape with the practice of yoga.
