Synopsis
Life settles down to one of routine for the Chosen after their Quest saw Koesha’s Guardian and Haraden defeated. Penelope, Wyman, and Rick are learning to control new aspects of their magic under Saran and Elon’s tutelage. Then a group called the Escalon, some pure-blood witches, and stone guards invade Payson House under the control of a rogue sorcerer bent on killing the Chosen in order to seize the house and its doors that lead to other worlds and dimensions. Merlin again comes to the five with a new Quest that tasks the Chosen with stopping this sorcerer and those he commands. This new quest also takes them to the world of the enchanted Zargaiza Dragons where they must right wrongs done by this sorcerer before the dragons decide to take vengeance against the Order and humanity. Into the mix comes the Seekers who try to force Rick to join them not only to fight this sorcerer and his forces, but they see Rick’s growing magic as a threat that if not controlled by them then he must be eliminated.
