Cornelia Feye published her first novel, Spring of Tears, an art mystery set in France in 2011. It, won the San Diego Book Award for the mystery category. Her second mystery House of the Fox is set in Anza Borrego desert and San Diego. Her third novel, Private Universe, a coming-of-age story and art mystery, was released in 2017. Publications include art historical essays and reviews in English and German. She received her M.A. in Art History and Anthropology from the University of Tübingen, Germany. After five years in New York, she moved to San Diego, where she taught Eastern and Western Art History. Her museum experience includes the Mingei International, the San Diego Museum of Arts, the Museum of Man, and the California Center for the Arts in Escondido. From 2007 to 2017 she was the School of the Arts and Arts Education Director at the Athenaeum, Music & Arts Library in La Jolla. She is the founder of Konstellation Press, an independent publishing company producing fiction and poetry books as well as interdisciplinary events at the intersection of art, music and literature. When she is not writing or teaching, she enjoys rollerblading and dancing tango. Konstellationpress.com; Tamara Merrill is a left brain/right brain woman. Her skills extend from writing fiction, to writing computer programs, and to tackling any DIY project. Tamara admits to reading excessively (she has what she calls “a book a day habit”). Tamara published her first short story at the age of nine in the official Girl Scout magazine; AMERICAN GIRL. She continues to love the short story format and reads, and writes, them often. Tamara is the author of the popular Augustus Family Trilogy; FAMILY LIES, FAMILY MATTERS and FAMILY MYTHS. She has published multiple short stories in the popular women’s magazines and in anthologies. In addition to reading Tamara often teaches in the adult education system and enjoys walking on the beach, crafts, painting, dining with friends, and travel.
