About the Author:

Pam Henderson, PhD is an author, former faculty atCarnegie Mellon University, entrepreneur and recognizedspeaker.  She invented Opportunity Thinking™, a creativeapproach to innovation that has transformed the way companies andorganizations, from Fortune 500 to non-profits, find big ideas thatwin and create sustainable growth.

She speaks internationally and publishes widely on marketinsight, business and innovation strategy, and design and has beenrecognized in the Harvard Business ReviewWallStreet Journal, and on NPR.
