Funston, F. D. Gildersleeve, John Herzog, C. H. Hunt, C. L. Huonker, E. H. Lynds, R. L. Mackey, J. A. McCormick, R. W. Morrison, R. M. Milligan, C. B. Nicholson, F. O. Snow, Russell Tanner, G. E. Wilucki, W. G. Winget, W. J. Zeller. The Committee on Public Observances brought up the question of the Commandery tendering a reception. A full discussion followed and a unanimous vote to give same dining February. At 10:15 p. m. the Commandery closed. The second stated Conclave January 25th was attended by thirty-seven. The Auditing Committee reported most complimentary on their examination of the Commandery's books and accounts. The Committee on Public Observances reported they had decided to give the FIRST ANNUAL Reception February 21st from 8 to 12 p. m., limited to members, each entitled to bring one lady. The report was adopted. The Grand Commander's order to provide Historical Record prepared by March 1st was read. The time being short the Recorder was empowered to procure assistance. The Eminent Commander, having prepared three general orders, the Captain General read the same. The orders are here reproduced as valuable edicts Em. Commander's Orders: No. I. All officers and Fraters are hereby requested to be in the Asylum at the hour set for opening, so that the Commanderv may observe the military virtues of promptness and system in all it does. No. 2.
