Hardcover. Condition: Fine. No Jacket. Limited Edition. 210 pages. First limited edition, Number 11 of 50 copies printed on Virgil paper and signed by Williams on a special limitation page at the beginning of the book. Second state of this 1st printing with the title page on a stub because the publisher recalled the edition because it was issued with an incorrect copyright notice.
