Slipcover is blue with rust and white identification sticker that has the title and "limited edition" printed on it. Slipcover in acceptable condition - slightly soiled, faded in sections and paper loss on the edges.

First limited edition, Number 11 of 50 copies printed on Virgil paper and signed by Williams on a special limitation page at the beginning of the book. Second state of this 1st printing with the title page on a stub because the publisher recalled the edition because it was issued with an incorrect copyright notice.
