The authors of Human Resources in the Family Business offer us wisdom, grounded in long experience, on how to grow these capitals artfully toward the long term flourishing of the business and of the family that owns it.' -James(Jay)E. Hughes, jr, author of Family Wealth: Keeping it in the Family, Family: The Compact among Generations, and co-author of The Voice of the Rising Generation and Family Trusts: A Guide.

Shaheen, Retired Group President, Caterpillar Inc., Director AGCO Corporation, FORD Motor Company
