About the Author

Beryl Harold Levy, a graduate of Columbia University (Ph.D. 1933; J.D. 1936), practiced law for many years and also served as a Federal Administrative Law Judge. He taught legal theory at Columbia, the New School for Social Research, and Hofstra University.
