Black has obtained an equal game long ago. 4 No clear plan can be perceived in White's play. 5 Nor is there much of a plan in Black's game; this is perhaps the most tedious game that was played at Hastings. 6 Both players have a great deal of patience. 7 Now at last it begins to get more interesting.
