Construction of the Impoundment would require reconstruction of the Fletcher Road bridge froa the current road surface level of 892.9 feet to a surface elevation of at least 896 feat. This was mentioned on page 167 of the draft statement. As Indicated on page 70 of the draft statement, the flow froa a 100-year flood would be passed without significantly altering flood conditions which could be expected should the Impoundment not be constructed. 2. Once the Impoundment Is filled, there would be little effect on downstreaa flow (page 75 of the draft statement). The final statement has been revised to more fully explain the construction, filling, and normal operation procedures to be employed. The Hill Creek Impoundment would have a minor Impact on the development of the Huron River watershed as a whole. This Impact would not be felt outside Lima and Freedom Townships and Is as described In this statement.
