Not illustrated. 1919 Excerpt: ...the armistice was discharged. 7--SERGT. BRUCE SCHRIMSHIRE, son of John W. and Esther Schrimshire, of 3 14 W. Brooklyn. Entered service April 20, 1918, and was assigned to Infantry Officers' Training School. Received training at Camp McArthur. Was discharged following the signing of the armistice and returned to civil life. 11--PVT. WILLIAM ROHDE, son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Rohde, of 1512 Annex. Entered the service September, 1918, and was assigned to Troop E, Cavalry. Attended Officers' Training School, at Leon Springs. After the signing of the armistice was discharged from the service. 12--SERGT. CLARENCE B. SACHER, son of Mrs. E. Sacher, of 3013 Oakland Avenue. Entered service August 16, 1918, and was attached to Reserve Officers' Training School. Received training at Fort Sheridan. Was later instructor at Wesley College, Greenville, Tex. Discharged December, 1918. 13--PVT. C. H. CATON, son of Mr. and Mrs. Caton, of Illinois. Entered the service October 26, 1918. Was assigned to Officers' Training Camp, at Camp Zachary Taylor. Signing of the armistice prevented overseas duty. Discharged at the end of war. 14--LIEUT. OSHER GOLDSMITH, son of Mrs. Maurice Goldsmith, of 1801 S. Akard St. Entered service in the summer of 1918. Assigned to Officers' Training School, Camp Zachary Taylor, where he received his commission as Second Lieutenant. Discharged January, 1919. 15--PVT. J. T. COOK, son of Mr. and Mrs. W. L. Cook, of 1333 Englewood. Entered service September, 1918, and attended Officers' Training School, Camp McArthur, Waco, Tex. Following the signing of the armistice he was discharged from the service. 16--PVT. W. GEORGE BERING, son of W. G. and Phoebe Bering, of 1818 St. Louis. Entered service July 25, 1917, and was assigned to Company D, Central Officers'...
