SECTIoN 1. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Chickasaw Nation, That any person or persons who shall drive or cause to be driven by hired men any stock off of their range to the extent oftwo miles, or allow them to follow beyond the first lot shall be guilty of1nisdemean0r,anCl upon conviction thereof beforethe County Court of the county where the offense was-committed shall be fined in any sum not less than ten.nor exceeding fifty dollars ($50) for each and every offense. SEC. 2. Be it further enacted. That one half-of all fines collected under the first Section ofthis Act shall be paid to the citizen owning said stock, the other half shall be placed in the bands oi the Sheriff for county purposes. SIC. 3. Be it further enacted, That all non-citizens found 'violating the first section ofthis Act shall be removed beyond the limits of this Nation by the proper authority, as all other violators of the laws of the Chickasaw Nation.
