About the Author:

Tom Berarducci graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Toledo with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, and then graduated with Honors from Case Institute of Technology with a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering. He began his career working in the Kodak Research Laboratories as a Research Scientist. Tom spent the last 10-plus years of his Kodak career at the Director level, working as a manager of highly technical design groups, creating such products as the Kodak DVC 300 as well as the highly popular Kodak EasyShare software.For years, Tom was the key technical liaison between Kodak and such powerhouse companies as Microsoft, Intel, Adobe, and Apple. He played critical roles in the negotiation of legal and intellectual property agreements between these companies and many, many others.Tom has been involved in key business strategy discussions at the highest levels of Kodak and other major technology companies. He has met personally with leaders around the globe, and had the privilege and unique opportunity to observe them, their teams, and their companies in action.
