In this latest installment in the Proud Racer series, Daisy shares with readers her experiences while living in Yorkshire, England. Follow her as she explores everywhere from Keighley to Whitby to Scotland, gets rained on in Wales, meets cheeky pigeons, is hailed a superstar by English greyhounds, and generally finds her way in her new homeland. Through "An American Greyhound in Yorkshire," author Nancy Dunne has recounted her own experiences as an expatriated American through the eyes of her beloved greyhound, Daisy. In the tradition of the other volumes in the Proud Racer series, this book views the world through the eyes of Daisy, a retired racing greyhound turned expat American pet.
