About the Author:
NG ENG JUAN is an Associate Professor in the Nanyang Business School of Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, teaching financial accounting courses in the undergraduate programme. A winner of several teaching awards, he is actively involved in the accounting profession serving in the technical committee of ICPAS, as an external examiner/advisor to accounting professional/degree programmes, and conducting regular professional development programmes. He has published several books in professional accounting including Consolidated Accounts, Cash Flow Statements, Consolidation-Changes in Shareholding Interests and A Practical Guide to Financial Reporting Standards.
