About the Author:

"D.P. Goyal, PhD, is Professor, Information Systems and Chair of Postgraduate Programme in Management at Management Development Institute (MDI), Gurgaon. Prior to this, he has been Professor and Dean-Academics at the Institute of Management Technology (IMT), Ghaziabad. He has also been associated with the School of Management Studies, Punjabi University, and Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Thapar University, Patiala, as a faculty member. With over 25 years of experience in teaching, research, executive development, consultancy, and academic administration, Dr Goyal has already written a book on Management Information Systems: Managerial Perspectives and has published more than 100 research papers in international/national journals of repute. He has also presented his research in several national and international seminars/conferences. Dr Goyal has been the principal investigator of various sponsored research projects and has already supervised more than a dozen PhD scholars. Currently, he is involved in supervising research projects in the area of ERP Systems, Strategic Information Systems, Software Project Management, Knowledge Management Systems and Business Process Management."
