Hwei P. Hsu received his BS from National Taiwan University and his MS and PhD from Case Institute of Technology. He was a professor of electrical Engineering at Fairleigh Dickinson University, and he is the author of Schaum's Outline of Analog and Digital Communications and Schaum's Outline of Probability, Random Variables, and Random Processes.
