As significant as the economic aspects of the rapid changes in the Indian landscape are, there lingers subtle poetry in between the accidental juxtaposition of the old and new, inherently vivid on the streets. Much like a poet captures the ephemeral musings of his mind in prose, within these photographs, I attempt to preserve and protect on film, an India fleeting to the naked eye. (This book contains a collection of 86 photographs shot in India during 2014-15 using a Yashica twin-lens reflex camera and black and white film.)
