Ceniza, yendo desta ciudad a la villa de Landecho, ma no izquierda del camino, hácia la mar, linderos del Milanes y Felipe de Miranda: la cual dicha estancia vos doy para vos y para vuestros herederos y subcesores, que la podais vender trocar, cambiar y enajenar como cosa vuestra pro pia: la cual dicha estancia vos doy sin perjuicio de tercero, y que de casa a casa hayais lo que es uso y costumbre: y mando a las justicias desta provincia y ciudad y villa de Landecho que os metan en la posesion della y no consientan que seais della desposeído y por fuero y derecho vencido, que yo por la presente vos doy la dicha posesion, habién doos recibido en ella, y que dentro de un año no la podais vender, trocar ni enajenar: y pasado el dicho tiempo la po dais vender, trocar y enajenar como cosa vuestra propia. Fecha a veinte y siete de mayo de mill y quinientos y se senta y cuatro Joan Vazquez de coronado=por mandado del señor Xpóval. De Madrigal, es cribano.
