Dr Bruce M Z Cohen is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Sociology at the University of Auckland, New Zealand. His books include Being Cultural (2012), Psychiatric Hegemony: A Marxist Theory of Mental Illness (2016) and the Routledge International Handbook of Critical Mental Health (2017).
