About the Author:

Julia Donaldson is the bestselling, award-winning, former children's laureate. She is best-known for 'The Gruffalo' which has been adapted on stage. For Egmont, she has written 'Follow the Swallow', 'Night Monkey Day Monkey', 'Spinderella', 'Swallows and Spiders', 'The Giants and the Joneses' and 'Running on the Cracks'. Lucy Richards has always loved art and after winning an award from Hallmark for her final university show, it didn't take long for her to establish herself as a much-loved illustrator within children's publishing.
