Hilda O’Connor has nearly 20 years’ experience of advising individuals and companies in various commercial and private legal disputes. Hilda has worked in Barristers’ Chambers and Solicitor law firms in East Anglia and London. She has co-authored and was editor of a practitioner textbook which dealt with cartel enforcement in 23 jurisdictions whilst working in DLA Piper's competition law team. She also wrote numerous competition law guidelines whilst working as a lawyer in the Office of Fair Trading, each of which were for general circulation and which therefore had to be high quality and fit for purpose.
